Complete restoration of 1929 Leslie Wilkinson designed home. This project required extensive remedial work and substantial new works in keeping with the original home. Several modern stabilizing techniques were used as part of the remedial work to the residence.
Phil was a pleasure to work with and, apart from being a very competent builder, he displayed a great attitude and work ethic despite the difficulties in imposed upon him. He also brought forward innovative ideas to ensure the success of the project.
